Great Bay Home Policy

We offer the following five shipping options, which you can select at checkout:

  • Free Economy Shipping on All Orders
  • Economy Shipping - $5.00
  • Standard Shipping - $10.00 
  • Expedited (3-Day) - $20.00
  • 2nd Day - $40.00
  • Overnight (1-Day) - Please reach out to customer service.
Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST are processed and shipped within approximately 1 business day from the date the order was placed. This means that if you place your order by 2 p.m. EST today, it will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
**Due to COVID-19 please allow for 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Because of high volume and measures to keep our employees safe, we are experiencing delivery delays.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ll do what we can to make it right. To begin processing your return or exchange, click here.


General

  • Our return policy is good for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and it must not be damaged or missing parts for reasons not to our error.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed and inspected.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please submit an exchange request by emailing customerservice@greatbayhome.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their address to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Shipping

Remember to include a receipt or proof of purchase and to return your item in the original packaging in the same condition that you received it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Products marked as "fulfilled by our friends" are subject to the return, refund, and warranty policy's of each strategic partner. Their policies can be found on each partner's websites listed on the product listings. *These products are also excluded from any sitewide promotions or discounts.
